MY STORY

Laura integrates a new perspective of cutting-edge, performance-based functional fitness training. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise and holds certifications in Weight Management, Sports and Nutrition for Teens, and Strength and Conditioning for Seniors. She has competed in 6 NANBF Bikini fit competitions placing in the top 5 at each show. In May of 2016 she was the overall winner at the Natural Iowa show and was awarded an IFPA Pro Card. She has a passion for teaching people about health and fitness and providing them with a solid foundation for lasting results.
